The main house, measuring approximately 150 m², is accessed on the ground floor via a small covered terrace and comprises a spacious kitchen-diner and a living room featuring a built-in fireplace.

A superb stone staircase leads to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms: a suite with an en-suite shower room and a children’s bedroom with twin beds, featuring a bathroom, a dressing room and a toilet.

The master bedroom is situated on the garden level. Opening onto a terrace, it features a large vaulted bathroom and a beautiful oak dressing room. A toilet, study and laundry room are also located on this level.

The outdoor area comprises a lovely courtyard featuring an old cobbled path in the shade of a fig tree, an outdoor kitchen, and an outbuilding with a bedroom and a bathroom.

In the garden, there is a 12×3.5m swimming pool fitted with a roller shutter and a pétanque court.
