Ground floor:
Large entry hall, fully equipped kitchen with pantry, suite with bathroom, spacious living room with a large table and sofas. A second independent wing features a living room with an open kitchen, an office, a shower room, and a mezzanine with 2 double bedrooms.

Upstairs:
Relaxation area with a library, 2 double bedrooms with a bathroom, and a master suite with a walk-in closet and a bathroom.

Enclosed grounds with a gate and parking (4 cars). Several shaded areas invite you to relax.
At the back of the garden: a large swimming pool, pool house, and spacious areas to fully enjoy nature.
